		<description><![CDATA[So recently, via Facebook, I heard about a sneak preview of a new Photoshop tool in development. So of course, interested as always, I watched the attached YouTube video.
The tool is called the &#8220;Content-Aware Fill&#8221; and it performs magic. Really, it performs MAGIC.
They should have called it:
 
&#8220;Amazing-Bill&#8217;s-Super-Fantastical-Magic-Wand-That-Fills-in-Areas-of-Photos-Where-There-is-Currently-Nothing-and-is-Therefore-Going-to-Save-Soooo-Much-Time&#8230;IF-it-Works-Like-it&#8217;s-Supposed-to&#8221; Tool.

Ivan Misener, founder of BNI, recently released a PodCast #146: Visibility Through Touchpoints. He had a guest on the show named Rick Itzkowich (I can’t say it either). Rick specializes om helping business people triple their referral using LinkedIn to complement their offline networking.

 Rick Give’s some facts before he discusses one of his new products in detail.

    *

      In any sale, only 3-10% of people are ready to buy now.
    *

      People need to be “touched” (aka exposed to the product/service/individual) 5-12 times before they buy (*these are stages of a soft sell – repetition is key)
    *

      You need a system that helps you build relationships by “touching” people on a regular basis with content they want to receive.
